Intelligent Manufacturing

As a benchmark demonstration project of Foshan Industrial Internet, Real-design Intelligence has comprehensively built a digital system integrating enterprise resource management plan ERP system, advanced production scheduling APS system, automatic storage WMS system, production support MES system, research and development management PLM system, marketing management CRM system and supply chain management SCM system. Through three major management platforms+three major decision-making platforms, real-time output of information billboards, digital equipment networking rate is 100%.

Integrate 7 operational systems, 6 main production units, establish over 500 API interfaces, with a daily data exchange volume of over 500000, and provide stable support for data services.

Building an intelligent manufacturing platform to achieve networking of various production testing equipment such as SPI, reflow soldering, AOI, ICT, etc. Real time collection of equipment operating status and testing data through the IOT platform, realizing online monitoring and management of equipment and real-time collection of key data.

According to the actual needs of customers and flexible production requirements, we aim to achieve full process code tracking or selective code tracking, with a focus on configuring code control systems for the four key positions of AOI-ICT-FCT-Packaging. Key nodes include code equipment program version control and real-time linkage between the data acquisition platform and MES system, forming comprehensive quality management.
